I got my first tattoo today (5/1/10)

It was one of the best experiences in my life so far.

I was really nervous going in to the tattoo place and I just tried my best to stay calm, then I realized that this tattoo can't be worse than some of the crazy things i've done so i started to calm down a bit.



Then when i got back there and he started putting the stencil on i was pretty chill.



When the needle hit my skin I was expecting worse than what I was feeling so It was almost as if nothing was happening. A really calm feeling washed over me and I started just listening to the buzz of the tattoo gun, nearly falling asleep..



It was great :) the part that hurt the most was the artist going over places that had already been colored and he was touching it up.. By that time it was a little sore but none of it felt worse than a bee sting.. and the pain was a pleasure in its self.



Now i got a nautical star tattoo centered on my back just below my neck. And i'm very satisfied with it :)
